As your appointed Skills Development Facilitator (SDF), we manage the end-to-end SETA process, including analysis, planning. Submissions and query handling.

Human Alliance offers a range of customised soft-skills and compliance training programmes delivered in-house (in-person or remotely) as well as webinars.

We tailor our training programmes to our client’s needs and context. In-house courses are presented by experienced facilitators and are practical, interactive and impactful.

Online Training Academy

Our online learning platform offers easy access to essential training for employees, line managers, and HR practitioners. Courses are modular, practical, and accessible 24/7, making them ideal for blended learning, onboarding, and compliance refreshers. CPD points are available.

Skills Development Facilitation

At Human Alliance, we act as external Skills Development Facilitators (SDFs) to help organisations plan, implement, and report on training in line with SETA requirements. Our role is both strategic and administrative — ensuring that skills development is not only compliant, but also meaningful, data-driven, and aligned with your business objectives.

We assist clients in accessing the mandatory grant reimbursement from the SETA — 20% of the Skills Development Levy — ensuring your organisation benefits fully from its training investments. Where required, we handle the process of securing discretionary grant funding.
