FAQs
Can you tailor a training course for our needs?
Yes, we can customise our training material to meet our clients needs. We can also tailor the length of our programmes and delivery methodology to be delivered on-line or in person.
Are your training programmes accredited?
We offer non-accredited programmes. Where accreditation is required, we work with our SETA-aligned training partners in our network to ensure compliance and certification.
Do you offer online or hybrid learning options?
Yes. Most of our courses can be delivered virtually or in a blended format to accommodate remote and hybrid teams across locations.
Can you assist with SETA and Skills reports?
Absolutely. As appointed Skills Development Facilitators (SDFs), we prepare and submit Workplace Skills Plans, manage SETA correspondence, and apply for discretionary grant funding on your behalf.
How do you ensure training is practical and relevant?
Our facilitators are experienced practitioners who use case studies, role-plays, and workplace examples to ensure each session is interactive, practical, and directly applicable to your organisation.
Do employees receive a certificate on completion?
Yes. Human Alliance will issue a certificate of attendance.
