Founded in 2001 in Cape Town, Human Alliance has over 20 years’ experience providing practical HR support to businesses across South Africa. Today, we work with more than 200 clients in a wide range of private-sector industries providing professional Human Resources and Labour consulting services as well as payroll, training and wellness solutions.
In 2023, Thea Marais, Nola Erasmus, and Grant Seton-Smith took ownership of the business, building on its strong foundation and expanding our services to include compliance and team development tools.
As part of the Growthcurve Group, we work closely with group companies such as People Partners to provide coordinated support, from strategic planning to day-to-day HR delivery.
