Willow Burmeister

Willow is an experienced HR and B-BBEE professional with more than 20 years in the field. Registered as an HR Professional with the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP), her qualifications include an Honours BCom degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Executive Development from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, and ETDP SETA accreditation as a Skills Development Facilitator, Assessor and Train-the-Trainer. 

Willow is a genuine all-rounder – able to successfully navigate both the fields of HR and B-BBEE. On the HR front, she has worked on all aspects of people management and development across multiple industries, including call centres, financial services, NPOs, publishing, pharmaceutical, FMCG, ICT, hospitality and tourism. Her collaboration with other HR specialists spans across Africa, Australia, India, North America and the United Kingdom.

On the B-BBEE front, Willow brings extensive knowledge of the B-BBEE codes and has efficiently assisted our clients to progress to their desired level of B-BBEE rating, overcoming challenges met along the way.

Willow is also our resident POPIA expert, offering our clients compliance assessments, hands-on implementation and training.
