With Bcom in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations Management and a BA Hons in Labour Relations Management. from North-West University, Simon combines academic insight with practical experience.

At Human Alliance, Simon heads up the Labour Consulting team and provides day-to-day labour advisory services, chairs disciplinary hearings, represents clients at the CCMA and supports clients with employment policies and contracts.
