Sally has worked in Recruitment, HR Consulting and Human Resources within the hospitality, manufacturing, and corporate industry for over 25 years. She is a qualified Human Resources Manager, Skills Development Facilitator and holds a Certificate in Labour Law. Sally has recently studied Health and Wellness Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, which she finds to be valuable in the workplace, allowing her to assist employers and employees in all aspects of their development plan as well as addressing employee work ethic and wellness.

Sally keeps updated with the latest HR initiatives as well as labour laws. She is very results-oriented and passionate about creating effective work environments while retaining and developing high-performance teams.
