Rehana Sherriff

Rehana is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience across a range of industries including Advertising and Communications, IT and Financial Services. She holds a BSocSci in Psychology and a BTech in Human Resource Development. She is registered with the SABPP as a Chartered HR Professional.

Over the course of her career, Rehana has led HR functions at both strategic and operational levels — from building HR departments from the ground up to advising executive leadership on best practice. Her core expertise spans employee relations, recruitment, skills development, performance management, employment equity, wellness, and compliance.

Rehana is known for her hands-on leadership style, calm professionalism, and deep understanding of legislative frameworks. She brings a strong sense of structure, empathy, and practicality to her work, with a passion for enabling inclusive, well-functioning workplaces.
