Simon Smit : Simon specialises in giving practical day-to-day labour advice, chairing disciplinary hearings and handling all forms of labour consultations and disputes. He also assists clients proactively to ensure that the right policies,  procedures, contracts and templates are in place and that Management and Team Leaders are well-trained on how to handle labour matters fairly and follow appropriate procedures.

Andrea (Andy) Razzano-Bleusez:  Andy is an experienced Senior HR Consultant with a background as an HR Generalist across multiple industries including the Financial Sector, Pharmaceuticals and the Services sector.

Thea Marais:  Thea is the Managing Director of People Partners and newly appointed Director and shareholder of Human Alliance.  Thea offers expert knowledge as an HR generalist & strategist and B-BBEE specialist.

B-BBEE Team: The People Partners B-BBEE team of strategists, technical consultants and administrators provide professional, service-driven B-BBEE services from strategy through to scorecard monitoring, implementation support and verification coordination.
